A few years back I had predicted the re-shoring of manufacturing activity b ack from China to the US. This prediction was driv en by two fundamental drivers: (!) the disruptive effect of shale on the global energy markets whereby local production of energies made local manufacturing more attractive; and (b) the significant momentum in Robotics whereby the labor differential cost kept going down. Each country by itself and to itself. Very Utopian idea but can be managed mid way with lot of sword rattling.

Great article. Trump will do whatever good for his country and we should do for ours. In fact, more so as our working age population will at its peak for next decade or so.
