India should learn from Garmeen Bank strategies of Bangladesh where success rate of loan recovery is more than 90%.. Hope it will come soon in India

We need to think on innovative ways to help farmers but cant encourage financial indiscipline. as this will set wrong precedence. Great Article as Always.

why don't government appoint a officer for each village to review loaned farmers and produce.
this will justify at least a certain section of defaulters

Govtshould stop all this or can waive only interest part of it or only a part loan.
