It is just the West and Media who say Assad used chemical weapons. But, who knows who used it :( It could be another 9/11 drama to create an opportunity to strike Syrian govt. military.

Excellent article. But saying that USA and Russia are there to save there interests gives an air of legitimacy to their unbridled use of force for having control on the oil fields of region.

Very succinct synopsis; There are too many conflicting interests (USA, Russia, Saudi, Iran, ISIS, etc.) for peace to return. Feel sorry for ordinary Syrian people.

ME geopolitics has changed with shale tech and Russian sanctions. Rus wants to protect its oil sales to Eur & US wants stability ... Iran was created to neutralize SA IMHO.

I feel this is part of plan to repopulate Europe which is aging. Create wars across the middle East and drive refugee people towards safer haven mainly europe
