ma'am, in the opening line you mentioned about some Saudi oil company office got reduced to just one floor. which is this co mpany?

a well balanced article too, ma'am, and too many eye opening notes too, like -
".... fine balance, production cut but not t oo much of price rise".
one question - data shows very high break even price. for example, date quotes $66 for Saudi. thought it should hv been cheapest, close to ~$15
