Democracy at its ugliest! While the article says t he obvious, its good to keep this in mind ALL the time ... truly revealing that the Parliament sessions cost Rs. 2.5 Lakhs per minute. Colossal betrayal of trust and waste of money.

Yes, a fundamental change in the functioning of pa rliament is very much required. Either Supreme court of India or President of India to take cognizance of the situation and they should be empowered to issue directions to the parlimentarians for prop er conduct of affairs in the parliament.
