desh (Guest) 16th Dec 2016 at 02:17 pm	this is my fav subject being part of indian inc. succession issues are indeed challeges in today's times in every sector as today's education is distracting children and hv their own agenda thus posing threat to smooth succession of large family businesses. rural/agriculture businesses are the worst victim due to this issue alone.
