Very good article. Wrt Mr. Bipin Rawats appointment, sources of my friends state, given his exposure n experience, was he sel ected for the role. Take the case of R&AW chief who has been appointed, his exposure to Balochistan, played a key role for hi s selection. It also reflects the current government's view and future action/s.
