sunil arora 15th Jan 2017 at 11:00 am	Absolutely correct...in fact to give one more example that in most places in Kerala, there is no waste bin..people are to manage their own waste disposal through greener means. Our 20 floor building in Kerala has its own waste disposal system...imagine no daily waste out of a large building...wish if everywhere such rules exit, how clean our country be.
