This man used to obtain car loans from psu banks, under fake ID proof of random men whom he would rope in.
The banks purposely did not verify the fake docs.
Fraud of 6 crore.

I fully agree.They are tutored only to fill a loan application form and process it. And among them, ICICI Bank is the worst.

Same here, I closed my accounts with hdfc and icici bank and shifted to Idbi bank. To my surprise Idbi bank is the only PSU bank which makes u feel like u are sitting in a private bank.

The services which are offered by private banks are horrible and people at the desks of the bank are powerless as well as novice..

I submitted a form of closure in HDFC Bank on 29th April 2017. Account not yet closed !

Absolutely true. PSUs have improved tremendously., technologically advanced pvt banks increasingly getting into more formalities
