I don't know others. But my personal experience with big hospitals doctors are not good. I came from small town. We respect doctor like god.

Few docs are still with enlivened conscience but so many big hospitals have become a trap for patients. For same reason, my younger bro who is a doc didn't join the biggies !!!

Corporate hospitals like fortis are being run by businessmen for profits. I am also a doctor & I give services to tribals at a very low cost .. Please don't blame doctors

Big hospitals and schools are running on the shoulders of patients (whether they die or remain alive) and childrens only.. (whether they learn or do suicide)

Treatment is given by doctors and billing is done by accountants. Doctors can be blamed for poor diagnose or negligence in treatment but for high bill the owners of hospital to be blamed.

Recently, had bad experience at Fortis Mulund (Mumbai) they were giving treatment for dengue & then at one stage they said its probably HIV.... it was just a infection the bill was whopping 3 Lacs

Had really bad experience in case of my father(who had fought war with Pak twice) & few loved ones too. More than 90% are seen too greedy to make profits only. No Humanity at all.

Here big earners are corporate owners which are non doctors. Only sensitive parts are doctors which helps to patient. But such article spreads panic and breaks the trust

Yes. Hospitals do charge exorbitantly.
Food bill for a coma patient 3097/- for three days. 30 t0 40% cut to doctors in Scan charges. The system works like that only.
