Ma'am, Nice one,but the thing is any change in notes can be done but no other leaders or anybody photo will give fuel some parties to create controversy and gain personal milestones....

If at all any Bharatna Ratna awardee only Sir m visveswaraiah is fit to be on indian note

Mahatma gandhi is not a bharata ratna awardee. But is a real Ratna

Bharata Ratna is not the cretaria for changing the personalities on notes. Personalities like Netajee,.K.L.Rao,Bhagath Sing,Mokshagundam Vivsweswarayya etc also available.
