Canfin Homes is top gainer

Canfin Homes is doing exceptionally well today morning. The top gainer on the BSE currently, the stock, which had closed yesterday at Rs.389.35, opened higher at Rs,396.10, rising to an intraday high at Rs. 411.55. It is not too far from its 52-week high of Rs.433.

The company did well in Q3FY20, with net profit rising 41% (YoY) at Rs.107 crore. NII grew 25% at Rs.177 crore and NIM was maintained well over 3%.

Total income was up from Rs.443 crore to Rs.516 crore.

Loan disbursements rose 12% while assets under management during the quarter was up 15%. 71% of fresh loan approvals were to salaried and professionals while 29% were to self-employed non-professional (SENP) segment.

Gross NPA rose marginally from 0.79% v/s 0.80% and Net NPA was also slightly up from 0.58% to 0.59%.
