Its "listing" day!

There is a like a flood of new listings today – four new stocks on one day; a record of sorts!

The best listing, as expected was from Devyani International – operator of KFC, Pizza Hut, Costs Coffee. As against the IPO price of Rs.90, the stock got listed on the BSE at Rs.141, a premium of 57%. This opening price was also its intraday high and it has come off since then and is trading at Rs.129.35.

The IPO was subscribed 116.71 times with QIBs portion seeing subscription of 95.25 times, HNIs at 213.06 ties and retail investors at 39.52 times.

Next was Krsnaa Diagnostics, which got listed at Rs.1025 v/s IPO price of Rs.954. It also went up to hit an intraday high at Rs.1099.50.

It was subscribed 64.38 times with HNIs portion taking the lions share at 116.30 times, QIBs by almost 50 times and retail investors at 42 times.

Next was Windlas Biotech, which was subscribed 22.44 times, it was the only IPO in recent times, which got listed lower than its IPO price at Rs.439 v/s IPO price of Rs.460. Its intraday high was at Rs.452 and is now trading at Rs.422.

Exxaro Tiles made a decent debut, getting listed at Rs.126 v/s IPO price of Rs.120, going up intraday to Rs.132.30.

The IPO had got subscribed 22.38 times, which retail investors portion seeing the highest subscription at 40 times, HNIs much lower at 5.36 times and QIBs at 17.67 times.
