Experience: Atleast 3 years in similar position

Key Skills: Handling client queries in English and Hindi over phone as well as over email. Understanding the issues faced by client in detail and providing satisfactory and prompt responses. Fluency in Computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
