Makaan already has a rating system which is one of the best amongst the existing portals while Magicbricks has tied up with Crisil to bring in a broker certification system.

Obviously this “rating” system has come to the fore after cab service providers like Uber and Ola introduced it for drivers and users. The retailer online portals have as such been using this system to get ratings for products.
