The best of ideas come at the oddest of places.  J.K.Rowling of the famed Harry Potter series got the idea for her multibillion movie and book franchisee in a dream. The owners of Emprenure Labs got the idea for their innovative ‘interview’ firm in a college campus.

The Bangalore based company offers online end-to-end interview management platform, Interview Master. This video interview format ensures quality of hiring for recruiters. While currently, the company is running pilots with over 40 companies including biggies such as Wipro, Aditya Birla and HDFC Bank. The company charges clients for every interview. They offer prepaid and postpaid, monthly and annual packages to companies. The four entrepreneurs also plan to file a patent for their product ‘Interview Master’ in US and other developed nations.

India has a market for everything and every good idea can be a future bread earner.  India’s youth is not afraid to work hard and build their own identity, own a small business, rather than working for someone else and this is changing the identity of India’s corporate industry- the percentage of self-employed professionals increasing everyday. Next time you get an idea, give it a shot- after all, it might change your life!
