Godrej Properties had created waves in the realty market, a fortnight back, when it sold 695 apartments across 1 million of sq. feet space in its project Godrej Summit, in Sector 104 at Gurgaon. This sale has been made without any brokers and directly by the company to the buyers.
DLF, Unitech, Omaxe and many other developers are existing in Gurgaon belt for the over 2-3 decades, but we have seen them struggling to sell their under construction projects to the public. Even for their completed projects of I.T. Parks etc., they have to look for PE buyers, as actual buyers are not seen for their project.
Is it name or location or price or quality, which has attracted so many buyers in Godrej Summit? Oldies need to introspect. Isn’t it?
