Fancy a holiday?
Thinking of a holiday? Dreaming of flying to some beautiful location? Foolhardy enough to think ‘Italy’ as a destination?
Well, if you do then maybe you can head to Sicily, which is rolling out the red carpet. It will also offer free entry to many of its museums and archaeological sites.
Sicily has set aside a €50 million fund. The fund will help provide discounts on flights, museums and attractions to tourists, once it opens its borders. For every three nights you spend in the island’s hotels, one would be free of cost. Sicily’s tourism director Manlio Messina announced that 400,000 such vouchers and giveaways would be made available to holidayers who decide to visit the island.
Yes, this is when things return to “normal” though none of us what this “normal” means in todays time.
