TaxiforSure too provides health checks for drivers and their families. It also has an incentive scheme where best cab drivers get gifts like microwaves and refrigerators.
These startups have taken ‘corporate social responsibility’ to a bigger, nobler level. Happy drivers, better customer service, more business and higher the success rate. This is called smart investment- investing in the happiness and comfort of your drivers and employees is the key to run a successful company.
