Adani Stocks - Itni Mayoosi Kyun Hain Bhai?

There are 6 listed Adani group companies, viz-
1)    Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd.
2)    Adani Enterprises Ltd.
3)    Adani Green Energy Ltd.
4)    Adani Transmission Ltd.
5)    Adani Total Gas Ltd.
6)    Adani Power Ltd.

Amongst all these, Adani Ports is definitely seen a visible operating company, where valuation call was taken by us, with stock having recommended at Rs. 366 on 1-1-2020 and 7 times thereafter in 2020, with last buy call at Rs. 355 on 22-10-2020, while see huge value accretion potential in ST & MT on this stock. We have not given any buy call on other stocks in the last 3 years, but may not be correct to say that those stocks are not seen having any investment potential, looking to business model and growth potential of each company.

All other 5 stocks having risen by 5x to 20 x in last 2 years, which has made many other experts confused with leftt out feeling, hence unable to justify this rise and to take a fundamental valuation call. These 5 stocks are seen having promoter stake at close to 75%, with about 150 FPIs and DIIs, being institutional investors, seen holding about 22% to 23% stake, with about 3% held by the retail and HNIs. Obviously, this rise was cheered by 3% shareholders, cherished by so called 22% Inst investors, with promoter obviously seen the largest beneficiary and hence seen the most happiest amongst lot.

This rally made Adani becoming richest promoter in India and even in Asia, which had been a big headache and cause of concern for the present richest Indian and his coterie. So, this is seen a fight of PULL & PUSH amongst two ELEPHANTS, in which few retail investors seen holding shares are crying, as they got huge gains and rise in share price, while seen not prepared to accept a fall of 10% in stock prices.
