NCLT Stocks are Untouchable Now ?

Videocon Industries share trading suspension has set a new precedent, where NCLT while passing order for revival of a company, has, for first time assigned ZERO value to Equity.

Many retail investors have made it a ritual to buy such stocks, as past precedents have rewarded the non promoter investors handsomely. Case in point are Ruchi Soya, Orchid Pharma, Tata Steel BSL etc. But with change of stance by NCLT, one has to change style of buying a junk stock as well, as there is no point in blaming others, as seen in case of Videocon by its investors.
