8K Miles Software Services is a global Cloud, SaaS and security solutions company based in the San Francisco Bay area.

The company posted a good set of numbers for Q3FY17. On a 16% (QoQ) rise in consolidated revenue at Rs.142 crore, the company posted a net profit of Rs.27 crore, up 17%.  EBITDA was up 15% at Rs.49 crore. The company is making a niche for itself as a provider of service in the US healthcare business.

The company has postponed its foray into the United Kingdom, following Brexit. Currently, the company has no exposure to Europe or Britain.

Thanks to the lower base effect, the company is sure to close the current fiscal on a bumper note vis-à-vis FY16. It has already done that – its consolidated net profit for 9MFY17 was at Rs.70 crore compared to Rs.40 crore it had for entire FY16. Equity stands at Rs.30.52 crore and annualized EPS is at Rs.30.50 (FV is Rs.5).
