Mindtree posted a good set of numbers for Q4FY16, beating all estimates. Its net profit rose 3% (QoQ) at Rs.156 crore on a 9% rise in revenue at Rs.1324 crore. Its dollar revenue also showed a healthy growth of 6% at $196 million.  EBITDA margins though showed a decline to 14.43% from 14.8%.

During the quarter, the company added 348 active clients  and its clients in $ 25 million category increased to 6, $ 10 million to 15, $ 5 million to 31 and $1 million to 101. The company added 1,020 employees during the quarter and trailing 12 months attrition rate stood at 15.7%.

The company ended FY16 with a 12% rise in net profit at Rs.603 crore and revenue rose 32% at Rs.4690 crore and revenue in dollars rose 22% to $715 million.
