The company a set of exuberant numbers for Q2FY16 and the market is sure to be happy about it. In rupee terms, revenue rose 19% (QoQ) at Rs.1170 crore and net profit was at Rs.158 crore, up 14%. In dollar terms, revenue was up 16% at $180 million. Organic revenue (without acquisitions of last quarter) showed a growth of 8%. And net profit was at $24 million, showing a growth of 11%.
The company’s acquisition in digital is fully consolidated and seems to be paying off. It is no longer a company just tinkering with digital; this stream is big time now, In this Q2, 10% revenue came from digital services with average value of contracts from these jumping up to $4448,000 from $220,000. The company now says that 37% of its revenue comes from digital. At end of Q2FY16, the company had 296 active clients. In terms of employees, it added 1801 employees during the quarter on a gross basis, taking the total tally to 15,582. Trailing 12 months attrition is at 17.1%.
