Munjal Auto Industries posted a good set of numbers for Q3FY14. The company posted a 50% (YoY) jump in net profit at Rs.13.5 crore on a 24% jump in net revenue at Rs.216 crore. For 9MFY14, net profit come in at Rs.34 crore compared to the 12MFY13 net profit of Rs.39 crore; clearly, it will end FY14 on a much higher note.

This company is a part of Hero Group Companies  is a leading auto component manufacturing company in India producing Exhaust systems ,Spoke Rim,Steel wheel rims for two wheelers & Fuel Tanks assemblies,Seat structure assemblies, BIW Pars, Under chassis Parts and more. The company has a technical collaboration with Samsung Industries of Korea for manufacture of Fuel Tanks for Four Wheelers. It is among the largest manufacturer of the exhaust systems in the world, manufacturing close to 22,000 systems per day. Thakurdevi Investments Ltd, a Hero group company owns 74.81% stake.
