Navin Fluorine, a Gujarat based Arvind Mafatlal group company was recognized as one of the largest players in carbon credits. But with that business now over, the company now earns from its mainfray - refrigeration gases, Chemicals/ Bulk Fluorides and Specialty Organofluorines with manufacturing facilities at Surat, Gujarat and Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.

The company, for Q1FY16 posted bumper numbers and ditto for Q2. Strong operational performance saw its net profit more than doubling from Rs.10 crore to Rs.23 crore (YoY). This was on a 22% increase in net sales at Rs.151 crore. The higher other income of Rs.9 crore also helped boost the bottomline. EBITDA rose 3 times to Rs.27 crore while margins jumped up 390 bps to 17.9%. Clearly it will end FY16 on a bumper note. Its debt stands at a small Rs.32 crore while networth is very healthy at Rs.600 crore.
