A Mukesh Ambani group company, it is mainly engaged in the business of setting up/operating industrial infrastructure. Its main activities are providing services of transportation of petroleum products and raw water through its pipelines, construction machinery on hire and other infrastructure support services. The Company has its operations mainly in the Mumbai and the Rasayani regions of Maharashtra, Surat, and Jamnagar belts of Gujarat.

The company posted a disappointing set of numbers for Q2Fy16 with total revenue dropping 7% (YoY) at Rs.24 crore. EBITDA was down around 0.5% at Rs.9 crore and it ended the quarter with a net profit of Rs.4 crore, down 23%.

For H1FY16, net profit slipped 22% at Rs.7 crore. Its distribution of income shows that its main earning comes from hire of construction machineries, followed by support services and product transport services. RIL holds 45.43% stake in the company
