Formerly known as M&B Switchgears, it is a solar plant maker, promoted by the Mundra family. Its USP is that super star Amitabh Bachchan is a stake holder in the company. It has been listed right from Forbes to Business World and Business Today as one of the top 200 companies of India. It is operating 120 MWp at Ujaas solar parks, spread around 6 locations in MP. It hands over ready-made solar projects to customers, overseeing construction, licensing and power-sale contracts to ensure plants have buyers for their electricity.

The company posted a good Q2FY16. Net sales for the quarter was up 83% (YoY) at Rs.53 crore. EBITDA was at Rs.12 crore, up 20% while margins dropped from 34.48% v/s 22.64%. Net profit was at Rs.3.28 crore, up 74%. The company is high on debt, at Rs.130 crore, up 23% and interest outgo was at Rs.3 crore, down 25%.
