Affle hits 5% UC and LC

Affle India started hitting the 5% UC since Monday and relentless, every single day of the week, it has almost ritualistically hit the 5% UC. Today though, it was more volatile. It opened at the 5% UC at Rs.1944.85 but from there is slipped first time this week, going down to hit the 5% LC at Rs.1759.65.

This mobile advertising company had announced this week that, through its subsidiaries, it signed a definitive agreement to acquire 8% ownership in OSLabs Pte Ltd, Singapore, (Indus OS).

Indus OS operates India's largest independent indigenous app store, with key investment from Samsung Venture Investment Corporation.

Affle is paying around Rs.21 crore for this stake in Indus OS.

Indus OS has 'Indus App Bazaar', which comprises over four lakh apps accessible in English and 12 Indian languages -- Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia, Punjabi, Malayalam, Bengali, Assamese and Kannada.
