Alstom T&D zooms up

Alstom T&D India is doing well today morning. The stock which has closed yesterday at Rs.178.30,opened higher today at Rs.183 and it remains around the same levels currently.

The stock is up on news that it has entered into an agreement for sale of its land at Bengalaru, with a large Indian business group company, for a total sale consideration of approximately Rs 120 crore. The company has said, the sale is subject to the mutual satisfaction of terms, conditions and obligations mentioned in the agreement for sale and is likely to be concluded upon execution of a sale deed in three months time or earlier.
