Alstom T&D India is doing very well today; the stock is up over 3% at Rs.197, with an intra day high at Rs.202.

The stock is up after Tata Housing announced that it is buying Alstom T&D’s 20 acres land in  Bangalore for Rs.120 crore. Tata Housing plans to launch an ultra-luxury project on this land to cater to the increasing aspiration of higher living in the city. This deal is expected to be completed in three months.
