Apex Frozen Foods hits 5% UC

For the past 8 consecutive trading session, since its listing on 4th Sept, the stock price of Apex Frozen Foods has been hitting new highs and breaching the 5% upper circuit.

Today too, the stock breached the 5% UC at Rs.325.25 and this is a new high.

Apex Frozen Foods, a shrimp producer and exporter of frozen shrimp from Andhra Pradesh has made a spectacular debut today on the BSE.

As against the IPO price of Rs.175, it had got listed on the BSE at Rs.199.90.  The IPO had received a good response, getting subscribed 6.10 times. Unlike previous issues where HNIs dominated, here retail investors category saw the maximum response, getting 8.53 times subscribed with HNIs portion coming in at 7.82 times and institutional investors at 1.91 times.
