Aviation stocks take off

Aviation stocks are in the green today morning. Spicejet rose almost 4% to hit an intraday high at Rs.82; with profit booking pushing down the stock to Rs.80, currently up 2%. Indigo is also a gainer, rising over 3% to Rs.1810.

The stock prices rose the Govt yesterday allowed domestic airlines to operate at 65% of passenger capacity, from the earlier 50% capacity.

This will be operational until July 31 or till further orders.
