Bajaj Electricals gains almost 9%

Bajaj Electricals has been amongst the top three gainers on the BSE since morning. With volumes going up almost 2 times, the stock price rose almost 9% to Rs.486 levels.
The company announced yesterday after market closure about an order receipt.
It received a Power Distribution project worth of US$ 4.1 million. This order is from Lusaka Transmission Distribution Rehabilitation Project (LTDRP), funded by World Bank & European Investment Bank.
With the award of this project, the company has gained entry into the African markets.
