Bajaj Hindusthan remains sweet

Bajaj Hindusthan continues to do well and today too, it’s the top gainer on the BSE, going on to hit the 20% UC at Rs.16.22; its 52-week high is at Rs.22.58.

The stock has been hitting the roof ever since it announced settlement of all overdues.

The company on 31st Oct’22 had made a disclosure on default on payment of interests/repayment of principal amount on loans from banks/ debt securities. And on Friday, it announced that it has paid entire overdue amounts towards term loan installments (till September 2022), term loan interests (till November 2022) and Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCD) coupon (payable for FY 2022) to all the lenders.

Accordingly, there are no overdues in its account and the account is fully regular with all the lenders as on date.
