Borosil Glass Works had closed yesterday at Rs.882.20 but today, it opened at Rs.1058.60, breaching the 20% UC. Volumes have jumped up over 10 times.

The company, yesterday after market hours, declared a very generous bonus issue – 3:1, which is three shares for every one share held.

Shareholders should be able to see the credit of the bonus issue in their demat account by 10^th of August.
