Capacite Infra makes fantastic debut

Capacite Infraprojects made its debut on the stock exchanges today and what a listing it has! As against the IPO price of Rs.250, it got listed at Rs.399 on the BSE – a 60% premium listing.

The IPO had met with resounding success, in fact one of the best responses of the year so far – it was subscribed 186 times.

Capacit’e Infraprojects is a Mumbai based specialized EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) company engaged in construction of buildings, with focus on high rise and super high rise residential structures.

In our New Issue Analysis, we had given a thumbs up to the issue, saying, “Key strengths favouring the company are niche presence in high rise residential construction, healthy historic growth rates, presence in rich geographies of Mumbai and other metros, extremely strong order book position, able and experienced promoters and marquee PE investors.
