DLF sells one more property

DLF, which is on an asset selling spree to bring down its debt, managed to sell one more. This time it is selling its shopping mall in Saket, Delhi for Rs.940 crore. This is being sold to Nambi Buildwell Pvt. Ltd, on an arm’s length basis, also includes the sale of the land parcel on which the 5.16 lakh square feet mall is situated.
It debt continues to remain high; as at 31st Dec’15, it stood at Rs.21,396 and during Q3, sequentially, it managed to bring it down by Rs.1100 crore.
The stock price is in the green, rallying to Rs.108 from yesterday’s close of Rs.105. Its 52-week high and low stands at Rs.169.15 and Rs.72.50 respectively.
