Fortis Healthcare drops 8%

Fortis Healthcare dropped 8% to Rs.135 levels and continues to remain in the red.

There is news that the company has lost the case against Daiichi and the Japanese company has won Rs.3500 crore as arbitration.

Daiichi and the Singhs have been locked in litigation since 2016 over whether the firm can enforce its award in India. There has been a long fight going on between the Singh brothers and Daiichi and this arbitration does come as a huge setback.
