Gaming companies are in the limelight after Microsoft said it was acquiring "Candy Crush"-maker Activision Blizzard in a record-breaking, $69 billion all-cash deal.
This deal has no implication whatsoever on Indian gaming companies as there are no listed companies who actually make the games; majority are just platform providers for game makers.
Yet, unmindful of this crucial fact, gaming platform company Nazara Tech has been hitting the 5% UC; it hit the UC yesterday at Rs.2494.90 and today too at Rs.2619.60, where it remains frozen.
Onmobile Global is another gaming platform provider and it hit a new high today at Rs.164.95.
