Gayatri Projects at 5% UC

Gayatri Projects, which had closed yesterday at Rs.34.50 and opened today 5% higher at Rs.36.20, hitting the UC immediately, with over 6 lakh pending buy orders on the counter.

The company reported that it has received 3 Letters of Award (LOAs) for Pipe Drinking Water Schemes from Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply Department in the State of Uttar Pradesh

This is a JV where the company's share is 97.5% for a total value of Rs.1332 crore.

Last month, the company received a Rs.396 crore for construction of Jhakhaun Birdha, Dorra Balabehat Kadesara Kalan & Mau Group of Villages Water Supply Scheme, District-Lalitpur and relevant works including commissioning and Operation and Maintenance referred above for 10 years.
