GRUH Finance rises poist Q4

GRUH Finance is amongst the top five gainers on the BSE currently, going up 6.5% to Rs.651.50 and from there, it dropped and is now at Rs.645, up almost 5.5%.
An earning based rise, the company posted a good set of numbers for Q4FY18. Its NII for the quarter improved 26% (YoY) to Rs.231 crore and net profit came in at Rs.130 crore, up 18%.
Its Gross NPA was at 0.45% and Net NPA was at zero, as is usually the case.
The loan portfolio was up 18% at end of Fy18 at Rs.15,568 crore while loan disbursements rose 27% at Rs.5259 crore. Retail home loans comprised 76% of total disbursements.
GRUH has been generous to the shareholders – a dividend of Rs.3.3/share (FV of Rs.2) and also a 1:1 bonus.
