GTPL-Hathway rose over 7.5% to Rs.134.45, close to its 10% UC of the day at Rs.137.30 and not too far from its 52-week high of Rs.139.60. Volume shave jumped up 3 times.

The stock is in the limelight following the news that it has sold its entire 61.50% stake in GTPL Space City Private Limited on November 18, 2020.

Consequently, GTPL Space City has ceased as a subsidiary of the company.

The company has received a consideration of Rs.19 lakh from the said stake sale and the buyer is Jayshriben H Sorathia, one of the existing shareholders of GTPL Space City.
