Hatsun Agro up 6.5%

Hatsun Agro was among the top five gainers on the BSE since the opening bell; it opened 1.5% higher at Rs.896.05 and rose further to an intraday high at Rs.938.45, up 6.5%.
The stock price was up on its news that the Board of Directors have called for a meeting on the 5th of July to consider the selling off its windmill division on a slump sale basis to the prospective buyer at a Price mutually agreeable to the Company and the buyer.
The board will also decide the modalities of agreement to be entered in to by the company with the prospective buyer and treatment of sale transaction during the July 5 meeting.
The wind power project commissioned by Gamesa India comprises of 12 wind turbine with a capacity of 2MW each and located in Tuticorin.
