HG Infra rises to new high

HG Infra is buzzing loud today; from its close of Rs.1711.35, it opened at Rs.1740 and went on to hit a new 52-week high at Rs.1867, up more than 9%.

The stock rose to a new high on news that it has incorporated six new solar power subsidiary companies - HG Kapuriya Solar Project, HG Jetpur Solar Project, HG Bhada Solar Project, HG Surnana Solar Project, HG Peelwa Solar Project, and HG Jakhan Solar Project. 

Prior to this, in April, it had incorporated 3 new wholly owned subsidiaries, marking its entry into the solar energy and green hydrogen segment, with the focus on development of solar power projects. So now in total, it has 9 subsidiaries in the field of solar energy.

The company is engaged in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business.
