Indiabulls Real Estate jumps over 10%

Indiabulls Real Estate in the top gainer on the BSE since opening bell. The stock price rose over 10% to Rs.205. Its UC is at 20%, which is at Rs.223.30. Its 52-week high stands at Rs.269.50.

The market is reacting to its statement of yesterday to the stock exchanges that its Board will meet on 18th May to consider a proposal of buyback of equity shares of the company. 

Promoters holding as at 31st March’18 stood pretty low at 36.93%. In fact FII holding during the quarter came down 2.77% to 24.81% while that of HNIs rose 2.84% to 37.81% - more holding that the core promoters.
