Kalpataru Power hits new high

Kalpataru Power Transmission rose almost 12% to hit a new high today at Rs.532 and remains firmly in the green, reflecting the over euphoric mood on the street.

The stock has zoomed up, reacting to its announcement of having received orders to the tune of Rs.871 crore.

This includes:

  • Rs.282 crore worth of order for design, supply and construction of substations and associated transmission line work from APTRANSCO.
  • Order from Nepal Electricity Authority for Rs.100 crore.
  • Rs.366 crore order for pipeline augmentation work in Rajasthan
  • Rs.123 crore order for design, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of railway electrification
  • work from CORE.

The company had stated that the total order intake this fiscal has exceeded Rs.2600 crore.

The company will be declaring its Q3FY18 results on 7th Feb.
