KNR Constructions on the rise

KNR Constructions is the top gainer on the BSE currently; opening 10.5% higher at Rs.313.80, the stock price rose to an intraday high at Rs.324.65, up 14.5%. Its 52-week high is at Rs.415.

The stock price has reacted positively to the fantastic Q2FY25 earnings. On a consolidated basis, the company posted a revenue of Rs.1945 crore, up 87% (YoY); EBITDA rose by a huge 276% to Rs.870 crore while margins doubled up from 22.3% to 44.7%. PAT for the quarter came in at Rs.580 crore, up 306%.

The company’s order book as 30th Sept’24 stood at Rs.4406 crore of which Rs.2309 crore was from roads and Rs.2097 crore from irrigation and pipeline sector. Rs.1200 crore worth unrealised orders are mentioned – received recently, both are road projects in Mysore.
