KPI Green zooms up

KPI Green Energy is the top gainer on the BSE currently; from its close of Rs.873.95, the stock opened higher at Rs.884.95 and soon zoomed to hit a new 52-week high and its 10% UC of the day where it now remains locked at Rs.961.30.

The stock price hit a new high after it announced yesterday receipt of two orders. One is from Aditya Birla Renewable Energy – this if for a 22.26 MWp Solar Power Project, to be located in Gujarat and falls under the Company's 'Captive Power Producer (CPP)' business segment. The financial size of the order is not given and the project has to be delivered in current fiscal itself.

The other order is for 2.70 MW from Atlantia Polyfab and Vineet Polyfab, scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2023-24, in various tranches as per the terms of the order. Again no mention of financial implications.
