Kridhan Infra acquisition paying off!

Four months ago, Kridhan Infra, an infrastructure solutions company had completed the acquisition of Vijay Nirman Company (VNC), making it an associate company. And looks like that acquisition is now paying rich dividends.
VNC has won orders worth Rs.74 crore. These orders encompass construction work at IGI Airport, Delhi. These orders are to be completed within 5-7 months.
Kridhan Infra’s proforma order book after consolidation of VNC in India and Swee Hong in Singapore, stands at over Rs.3500 crore, as on 31st March 2018, of which, VNC contributes to almost 80%.
The stock price of Kridhan Infra has today risen over 7% to Rs.85, with volumes more than doubling up.
